This is an excellent phone. However it would be an OUTSTANDING phone if Oukitel would fix it so that 3rd party launchers can be used.
Pros:
Top notch hardware. This is one of the best looking, most rugged phones I have never owned. It looks and feels as if it will last for years.
Insane battery life. It can go 3 - 4 days before it needs to be charged.
Works with most North American 4G/LTE bands.
5G: Works well.
GPS: Works well.
WiFi Hotspot: Works well.
Fingerprint Reader: Works well.
Face Unlock: Works well.
NFC: I haven't tried that.
Speaker: Not bad.
Very good camera. Not flagship level but pretty close.
Large, bright, colorful, sharp 6.67" display.
Cons:
No SD Card support. I can manage without it, however this will be the last phone I buy without SD card support.
The stock Android 10 OS included is underwhelming and buggy. 3rd party launchers are unuseable on this phone and will crash when switching apps.
It would be very nice if Oukitel made updates available via Wireless Updates. So far there have been none.
The WP10 updates on Oukitel's website are missing files and the instructions are impossible to follow.
Shipping to US: Item arrived via FedEx 15 days after shipment departed warehouse. No signature was required.

Two Oukitel WP10 handsets for the jobsite and outdoors! This phone is a tank, battery lasts forever, excellent 4G/5G band coverage globally and super tough durability so far. The smart placement of the PTT button and minimalist bloat-free Android OS are so superb. Decent screen and processor in a mil spec skin for a very reasonable cost.
5 star value rugged 5G of Q1 in my book.
Though Oukitel are not known for tons of software updates or bleeding edge support, at this price point with very wide distribution of MediaTek Dimensity 800 series terminals out there let's hope they update this beast and make a name for themselves this year. Die hard microSD over cloud folks be aware this WP has a watertight stacked dual SIM tray, without SD. With 128G of storage locally and TB cloud dirt cheap this was no issue for this buyer.
Can't wait to use in the bush, or out in the snow in the mountains, or on the lake fishing and not worry so much about the old flaky delicate handsets. This unit is a beast! Thanks Ouki.

A wonderful electric bike that arrived wrapped in a very good way and without any damages within four days. It arrived, it was collected within half an hour only and it seems to be very durable and strong and with a large capacity battery that seems to be enough to travel very long distances, this is an initial evaluation and after trying it and accordingly I will evaluate it well after Check them out for more time, thank you.
