I ordered the phone on 17.10.2020, shipped on 19.10.2020 by EU Priority Line (very well packaged), delivered on 03.11.2020 by GLS on my doorstep, no other tax involved. The phone is awesome, now that i have it, I really think that it is a best buy. In the box you get an anvelope with manuals, a pin for sim , usb c cable and fast charger 18W, and a transparent silicone case(at leas for forest green that is really nice) and the phone. It came with Miui 11 and I upgraded fast and simple to Miui 12. Just to be sure that i don't get any bugs(especially battery drain) I did a factory reset and after that i configured the phone for my normal use. I had another Xiaomi phone and sometimes from OTA updates the phone was acting strange so I used to unlock bootloader and install a fresh update by fastboot, for this one I see that was not the case, at least for now. I waited some days for reviewing the phone, to make an impression about it, and until this moment I am more than happy about it.

First purchase experience and very satisfied with the service, price, packing and delivery time frame, (I ordered it Aug 20th and it arrived Sep 2nd) it was a quick delivery to Alberta Canada, very well protected and in a good packing too, definitively I will shop here again at the first chance that I have, it was a good price and very good service and fast too
I started with turning the Redmi Note 8 Pro on and playing with it for a bit as I had an old Samsung Galaxy S4 in order to get used to it, I switched the SIM card from old phone to the RN 8 PRO (from Chatr Mobile) and it got connected with no effort or any set up, it detected the network automatically, so yes! I recommend this phone for Chatr Mobile, it's easy to use easy to set up and all, is very user friendly
Very good phone!
The only thing that I wish could be improved is that the plug should be according to the destination country, I have no use for European plug in Canada

Standard China version!!! Not the global version. Many problems with suppliers in the USA. Returned.
